OTSO CHALLENGESALOU will affect the C-31B, Avinguda Andorra and Passeig Jaume I.
With the aim of minimizing possible traffic issues next Sunday, April 3, as a result of OTSO CHALLENGESALOU, the triathlon organisers, together with the Servei Català de Trànsit (SCT), the Mossos d’Esquadra and the Local Police of Salou, with more than 40 agents and 120 security assistants, will conduct special traffic management.
On Sunday morning, at 08:00 AM, traffic will be restricted in the urban section of Salou where the event is taking place and in parallel the C-31B will also be closed. It is expected roads will re-open at around 01:00 PM.
The triathlon will cause affect roads that can cause some delays or detours on the main and secondary road network of the municipality of Salou.
To facilitate the work of the Mossos d’Esquadra de Trànsit and prevent access to the race area, at 07:45 AM all traffic will be diverted from the C-31B road, in both directions, and it will reopen in the 01:15PM.
Users who travel through the affected sections must always follow the instructions of the agents of the Mossos d’Esquadra as well as the Local Police of Salou.
