The T100 Distance at Challenge Salou – Costa Daurada offers a spectacular and fast course along the Mediterranean coast. During the swim course (2 laps), you will have the opportunity to swim in a beautiful beach setting, with shallow waters and views stretching all the way to the Ebro Delta and the Serra de la Mussara mountains. The bike course (3 laps) takes place on a highway where you will be surprised by the high average speeds achieved over its 80.1 km. Finally, on the run course (4 laps), you will complete a total of 17.8 km while discovering the charm of the Costa Daurada and enjoying the support of the large crowds lining the entire route.
