RACE DAY
40g gluten-free energy bar: perfect to take during training and competitions. Rich in carbohydrates based on dried fruits and pumpkin seeds. They are easy to chew, provide energy and do not produce insulin spikes.
You will find them with different flavors and characteristics, which one will you choose?:
- BCAA – Apple and Cinnamon: with organic chopped dehydrated apple, organic cinnamon powder and natural apple aroma. In proportion 8:1:1 (Leucine+).
- Choco bits – Coffee and Chocolate : with 100% Arabica soluble coffee, natural coffee aroma and organic dark chocolate chips.
- Salty Trail – Peanuts : with roasted peanuts and organic dates. Contains 120 mg of sodium.
HIGH ENERGY GEL
76g stick: the gels provide 50g of carbohydrates per unit. They are designed to offer a prolonged release of energy, perfect during exercise. We recommend you accompany it with water.
At Challenge Salou you can choose between 3 varieties:
- Espresso Coffee : with 80 mg of caffeine
- Blackcurrant : contains 1g of BCAA in a ratio of 8:1:1
- Neutral: base formula with no added flavor
ENERGY GEL
25g gel designed to satisfy energy demands during sports practice. Provides sustained energy release. It includes minerals, mainly Sodium, that help increase the rate of water absorption and delay fatigue.
It also includes Potassium, very important for the transmission of nerve impulses. You will find 2 varieties:
- Strawberry and Banana: caffeine-free
- Lemon: with 25mg of caffeine
HIGH FRUCTOSE GEL
80g stick. Formulated with maltodextrin and fructose, in a 10:8 ratio, with a carbohydrate intake of 55g per gel. They also contain 250mg of sodium.
The combination of maltodextrin and fructose allows you to digest and assimilate a high amount of carbohydrates per hour, minimizing the risk of suffering from gastric problems. Suitable for vegans and gluten-free. It will be available in 2 flavors: Banana and Strawberry.
HYDRAZERO
Hypotonic drink. We recommend you try our mineral salt drink during the test, it will help you replace lost electrolytes and recharge your mineral salt deposits.
Each serving of Hydrazero provides 500mg of sodium, which improves hydration and provides a better balance of body fluids. It is formulated with stevia, in this way we replace the loss of electrolytes without adding calories.
You will find it in 2 flavors: lemon and tropical flavor .
SUB9 PRO SALTS ELECTROLYTES
Duplo of 2 capsules: Food supplement based on Vitamins and Minerals. With an extra dose of caffeine (40 mg/caps) for those looking to perform at their best. Indicated for situations of heat and/or high humidity during exercise.
Prevents a drop in performance as a result of dehydration. Caffeine increases alertness, reduces fatigue, and improves energy efficiency. It is not recommended to exceed 200mg of caffeine per day (5 capsules).
