The Middle Distance of Challenge Salou – Costa Daurada 2026, which will also host the Catalonia National Absolute Triathlon Championship, offers a spectacular and fast course along the Mediterranean. In the swim course (2 laps) you will have the opportunity to swim at a beautiful beach with shallow waters and views stretching all the way to the Ebro Delta and the Serra de la Mussara mountains. The cycling course (3 laps) takes place on a highway where you will be surprised by the high average speeds achieved. Finally, during the run course (4 laps) you will discover the charm of the Costa Daurada and the energy of the large crowds cheering along the entire route.
