It has the opportunity to win the \u201cBest Race Venue\u201d award and revalidate the \u201cMost Family-Friendly Race\u201d award from the previous year.<\/p>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p><span>The Challenge Family Awards were established in 2019 to reward race organizers, volunteers and everyone who helps create unforgettable experiences for athletes around the world.<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Athlete voice is very important to Challenge Family and nominations for each category were decided on the strength of athlete feedback in the post-race surveys that are sent out after each Challenge Family race. The categories are:<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>Best Race Venue<\/li>\n<li>Best Swim Course<\/li>\n<li>Best Bike Course<\/li>\n<li>Best Run Course<\/li>\n<li>Best Fans<\/li>\n<li>Best Finish Line Party<\/li>\n<li>Best New Race<\/li>\n<li>Best Pasta Party<\/li>\n<li>Best After-Race Food<\/li>\n<li>Most Eco-Friendly Race<\/li>\n<li>Most Family-Friendly Race<\/li>\n<li>Race of the Year<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p>Voting for the Challenge Family Race Awards 2023 is at\u00a0<a href=\"https:\/\/www.challenge-family.com\/awards\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noopener\" data-ac-default-color=\"1\">challenge-family.com\/awards\/<\/a>\u00a0and closes at 23:59pm CEST on Sunday 17 December 2023.<\/p>\n<p>The winners will be announced on Friday 26 January 2024 at our annual Global Race Director Meeting.<\/p>\n<p><strong><span>Two nominations!\u00a0Vote for us!<\/span><\/strong><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>OTSO Challenge Salou has been recognized with two nominations in the Challenge Family Race Awards 2023.
