COVID-19

From the organization of CHALLENGE SALOU we are committed to doing everything possible in our power to try to regain the confidence that, year after year, athletes from around the world in our event.

The CHALLENGE SALOU organization has agreed to reimburse 100% of the registration fee (less management fees) to all those registered who, as a result of the evolution of COVID-19 in their countries of residence, cannot travel to Salou on the dates of the event (travel restrictions in the country of residence or cancellations of flights related to COVID-19 from the destination to Salou). This measure will be applied, regardless of whether the participant has taken out cancellation insurance or not.

REQUEST AND JUSTIFICATION
The application of the measure will be guaranteed to all people duly registered in the last edition of the Challenge Salou who can justify that they cannot travel to Salou a week before the event as a result of the application of the measures of circulation restriction approved by the authorities of your country or by the airlines that were going to make the transfer. You must present a copy of the document of measures approved by your government, the notification of flight cancellation by the airline…, or any other report that serves to justify the fact.

DATES
The request for a refund of the amount for this cause may be processed up to a month after the event.

TREATMENT METHOD
Send an email to info@challengesalou.com with subject: “COVID19 CANCELLATION REQUEST”. In the email message, in addition to providing the justification mentioned above, the registration locator number and the full name of the participant must be attached.

If, as a consequence of the evolution of COVID-19 and its secondary effects in our country, we are forced to cancel the CHALLENGE SALOU, we will refund 100% of the registration fee to all participants (less management fees).

At CHALLENGE SALOU we are aware that we cannot predict what will happen in the coming weeks or months with respect to the evolution of COVID-19. What we can continue to do is work so that the athletes who place their trust in us feel proud of having chosen us and that our community benefits from being part of this event.
